The light seals (foam) have been replaced and the viewfinder has been cleaned internally. Note: the shutter occasionally squeaks. This is the well-known 'Canon cough' of the A-series, caused by dried lubricant in the mirror mechanism. It does not stop the camera working, but it can be quietened by a service if it bothers you.
