The Rolex Sea-Dweller is in fact a professional version of the Rolex Submariner. The Submariner is a watch that can not manage with great depths and the decompression phase when divers return to the surface. The Sea-Dweller performs excellent under these conditions. During the years that this model 16600 was produced, Rolex incorporated the information on the Sea-Dweller in the Submariner instruction booklet, so this Submariner information booklet is original to the set. The steel case with black bezel measures 40mm, excluding the signed crown. Crown with screwdown. The unirotational bezel is mint. Left side of the case with the Helium valve.
