Aging: Matured for 4 years in American oak casks with manual rackings every six months, followed by extended bottle aging before release.

Appearance: Classic garnet-red color with distinct brick-orange rims showing its maturity.

Nose: Deep, complex tertiary aromas featuring tobacco, old leather, cocoa, incense, and a unique vermouth-like herbal undertone.

Palate: Medium-bodied, silky and agile, backed by a vibrant acidity that perfectly balances the fully resolved, polished tannins.

The 1997 Gran Reserva 904 is 90% Tempranillo and 10% Graciano from Rioja Alta.
