A beautifully preserved Waterman Paris fountain pen featuring an elegant blue marbled finish with gold-tone trim. The barrel bears the distinctive “10TH CNES” inscription, giving this example an unusual commemorative or presentation character. The fountain pen features a gold-tone Waterman nib engraved with the Waterman Paris name and the classic Waterman emblem. The exact nib material cannot be confirmed from the visible markings, so it is not described as solid gold. The rich blue marbled body contrasts beautifully with the gold-coloured clip, rings and nib, creating a classic French luxury writing-instrument appearance.
