Château Cantelauze – Pomerol Château Cantelauze is a small Pomerol estate owned by the Boidron family, located on the renowned plateau of Pomerol. The vineyard covers approximately 1.2 hectares of gravel and clay soils. The wine is predominantly Merlot (90%), complemented by Cabernet Franc (10%), and is matured in oak barrels. Château Cantelauze typically offers a rich and elegant Pomerol style, with aromas of ripe black fruit, violets, spice and subtle smoky notes, combined with a concentrated yet harmonious palate. The 2024 vintage is still very young and offers an excellent opportunity for further development in the cellar. Château La Fleur de Cantelauze shows the typical style associated with Pomerol, with aromas and flavours of ripe plum, black cherry and dark berries, complemented by notes of cedar, spice, cocoa and subtle earthy nuances.
