The richly coloured decoration features pink, turquoise, green, blue and iron-red enamels, with numerous finely rendered figures, horses, banners and weapons. The composition is particularly attractive because of its exceptionally detailed and animated central scene. The reverse is decorated with scattered floral sprays and bears a four-character seal-style mark.
