A 30.2 g slice of NWA 17669, an officially classified LL3 ordinary chondrite is up for grabs. The cut surface displays abundant, well-defined unequilibrated chondrules set within an attractive fine-grained to opaque matrix. Chondrules average approximately 650 ± 365 µm in diameter, with their diverse textures, colours and mineral compositions reflecting the primitive, unequilibrated nature of the meteorite. The matrix contains accessory Fe-Ni metal, troilite and chromite. Mineral chemistry is correspondingly heterogeneous, with olivine ranging from Fa₀.₉ to Fa₃₉.₀ and low-Ca pyroxene from Fs₂.₆ to Fs₂₂.₅, supporting its classification as LL3. This rare primitive chondrite has a total recorded mass of 577 g and was approved by the Meteoritical Society in 2025.
