Seiko - Seikomatic-P - Ohne mindestpreis - 5106-8010 - Herren - 1967

EU-based professional seller — no import taxes for EU buyers. Get your hands on this serviced 1967 Seiko Seikomatic-P 5106-8010 with 33-jewel automatic movement, silver sunburst dial and crown-button date quickset. 3-month functionality guarantee. Model History: The Seikomatic-P appeared in 1967, towards the end of Seiko’s Seikomatic era. Developed by Daini Seikosha, it was a technically ambitious addition to the range. The “P” refers to its unusual press-operated calendar setting: a small hexagonal button built into the centre of the crown advances the date. The day is adjusted separately by moving the hands through the evening changeover. Its 33-jewel calibre 5106 combines automatic winding with manual winding, a day-date display and a stop-seconds mechanism for precise time-setting. The Seikomatic-P name was short-lived; Seiko continued the press-operated calendar concept in the subsequent Presmatic range. Produced in July 1967, this 5106-8010 is an early example of that distinctive chapter in Seiko’s mechanical watchmaking. Specifications Brand: Seiko Model: Seikomatic-P Reference number: 5106-8010 Serial number: 7700849 Production date: July 1967 Movement: Seiko calibre 5106, mechanical Winding: Automatic with manual winding Jewels: 33 Frequency: 19,800 vibrations per hour Functions: Hours, minutes, central seconds, day and date Additional features: Stop-seconds mechanism; date quickset operated by a button recessed into the crown Day wheel: English Case material: Stainless steel Case diameter: Approx. 36.5 mm excluding the crown; 39 mm including the crown Lug-to-lug: Approx. 42.5 mm Lug width: 19 mm Dial: Silver-white sunburst with applied hour markers Crystal: Original, polished Crown: Crown with an integrated hexagonal date-setting button Strap: New black leather strap Box and papers: Not included Service: Movement fully serviced in September 2026 Guarantee: 3-month functionality guarantee Condition: The watch presents attractively, with a bright silver-white sunburst dial, applied dark-centred hour markers and a clearly legible English day-date display. There are small age-related marks on the dial. A fine, curved line is visible across the lower-left area of the dial view. The stainless steel case retains its defined lugs and polished appearance. Fine surface scratches and small marks are visible on the bezel, case sides and lugs. The case back has more noticeable scratches and wear, particularly near its edge, while the reference number and serial number remain legible. The original crystal has been polished and is clear, with minor remaining signs of age visible at some angles. A new black leather strap is fitted. The movement has been fully serviced and the watch is covered by a 3-month functionality guarantee. Please note that the date quickset button is recessed into the crown and requires a firm press; because of its design, it is easier to operate with a fingernail than with the pad of a finger. This is worth bearing in mind when setting the calendar. I aim to capture the condition of the watch accurately. Please make sure to review the pictures closely before bidding. The watch has been completely serviced by a professional watchmaker and tested for full functionality. The water resistance of the watch cannot be guaranteed.
