An attractive original Swan fountain pen in a dark burgundy / reddish-brown celluloid finish with gold-coloured trim. The barrel retains the clearly visible factory imprint: “SWAN Self-Filler – Mabie Todd & Co. Ltd – Made in England” together with the model number 3150. The pen is fitted with an original Swan No. 1 solid 14ct gold nib and uses the traditional lever-operated self-filling mechanism. The fountain pen has been tested and works correctly. It remains in good vintage condition with normal superficial signs of age and use, including light scratches, patina and wear to the trim consistent with its age.
