Crème de Mandarine Exquise, an artisanal French mandarin liqueur produced by Hédonisterie in Beaumont-de-Lomagne, southwestern France. Hédonisterie was founded in 2019 by Clément Donis, whose family has a long history in viticulture. Drawing on this heritage, he creates artisanal liqueurs using alcohol of wine-growing origin, combining traditional craftsmanship with a contemporary approach to French liqueur production. Introduced in 2021, the Adiou! range celebrates the flavours and convivial traditions of southwestern France. The name comes from the Occitan greeting "Adiou", meaning "Hello". The liqueurs are developed, produced, bottled and labelled in the company's own workshop. Crème de Mandarine Exquise highlights the bright, aromatic character of mandarin oranges. Presented in an impressive 300cl bottle with an orange wax-sealed closure, it is an attractive large-format example of contemporary French artisanal liqueur production.
