Rare original Swiss watch Leonidas “Big Eyes” pre Heuer Chronograph Telemetre 1940s (probably 1946 - there is small inscription on the inner side od the back case). Rare, original two-tone dial, everything looks original (only crystal glass probably unoriginal).

• Dial: Rare two-tone, fully original (never restored)
• Movement: Manual wind Valjoux 22
• Case material: Stainless steel
• Crystal: Plexiglass
• Strap material: Leather New Strap
• Clasp material: Steel (not original)
• Complications: Chronograph (seconds and minutes) and telemeter scale
• Condition: IMHO excellent for his age (please judge yourself)
The watch is in working order and in very good condition, a piece of great charm and rarity.
The chronograph and telemeter were essential military tools in the 1940s.
The two-tone original dial, in excellent condition and never restored, makes this a highly desirable watch for collectors. The stainless steel case and manual-wind movement (clearly visible in the photos) showcase the craftsmanship and quality typical of Leonidas.
A true historical masterpiece for enthusiasts and collectors, rarely seen in this condition with such features.
