A pair of antique bracelets, black enameled and decorated with silver ornaments and small pearls. Both bracelets are hinged. One of them also features a safety chain. The bracelets both have damage to the enamel. The wide bracelet's front is damaged and some pearls are missing, but the back still looks fairly good. The narrow band is still neat on the front but damaged on the back. Both bands are probably from Austria-Hungary (Bohemia). The narrow band also bears clear hallmarks from there on the clasp. Dimensions: the inner size of the narrow band is 5.1 x 5.7 cm, and the band itself is 1 cm wide. The wide band measures 50 x 57 mm internally, and the band itself is 16.5 mm wide. Weight: 54.5 grams Inspection: 835 on the band, 800 and inspections from Austria-Hungary on the narrow band. The broad band has something on it, but it is no longer readable, which is why it has been carefully examined. Shipping is with An Post registered post from Ireland.
