This 544 I am offering is a rare version, with 6 volts and three gears.
The car was built in December 1959. I have had it for 45 years and am the 2nd owner!! Maintenance has always been carried out by the same certified technician.

Maintenance for the last 5 years:

Rear brakes: new brake cylinders. 
Front brakes: fitted with disc brakes (€ 3,500).
Brake master cylinder replaced and fitted with electronic ignition, new spark plugs, cables, bobbin and super battery.
Starter, wiper motor, and heater ventilation motor overhauled.
Carpeting replaced, coconut as well as rubber mats, the floor is free of rust.
The front and back window seals have been replaced, as have the aluminium frames.
Sill cover frames have been replaced, as well as the decorative window frames and 'cats'.

The lights are in order, spare lights are included.

The tyres are in good condition, please see the photos

The tank is free of  rust and has been cleaned.

Engine runs perfectly, has always been maintained well - oil filter/valves adjusted, etc.

The exhaust is in good condition and will be good for a long time. 

The carburettor gaskets have been overhauled, and it has no play on the throttle shaft.

Bodywork is completely or almost completely free of rust, tubular beams have always been internally impregnated as well, and I am not aware of any major work to the bodywork, no welding.

The car has always been MOT inspected when this was still required. The car was approved all these years!

The bumpers are aftermarket and look good, steel and chrome.

The only flaw being that the kilometre indication does not work sometimes.

This car can be used for several years without any real expenses, and any costs will not be caused by technical issues, but by what the owner intends to do with it.
