Prachtig armband van het bekende gerenommeerde bedrijf "Fischland " liggend aan de Ost-See in Duitsland, zij staan bekend om hun hoge kwaliteit sieraden!
De armband is gezet met 5 sprankelende cognackleurige barnstenen met mooie insluitsels en verbonden met de z.g. "visschakels".
Op de laatste schakel aan de achterkant is een beetje versleten vis te zien(kijkend naar links) gemaakt vóór 1950 door één van hun vakkundige zilversmeden.
Afmeting armband : 19 cm L x 1,5 cm Br.
Barnsteen afmeting: 1,5 cm L x 1.5 cm Br. x 0,5 H.
Tussenschakels afmeting : 1,5 cm L x 1,5 cm Br.
Veiligheidskettingkje 5 cm lang.
Zilverkeur 800.
 
"FISHLAND" 
De originele oude Fischland sieraden werden geproduceerd door het bedrijf van
Walter Kramer (een afstammeling van Georg Kramer).
De zilversmid Georg Kramer richtte zijn bedrijf op in 1771 in Ribnitz Damgarten (Duitsland).
Zijn afstammeling is de meestergoudsmid Walter Kramer die in 1932 begon met de ontwerpen van de bekende zilveren vis sieraden die meestal waren versierd met barnsteen.
In 1959 won Walter het octrooigeschil waardoor het staatsbedrijf zijn naam in "VEB Ostsee-Schmuck". veranderde.
Walter is overleden in 1990 in Lubeck-Travemunde.
Fischland-schmück was de officiële opvolger van het bedrijf Georg Kramer, dat in Travemünde bleef bestaan.
De octrooirechten gingen weer terug naar Ribnitz in 2009.
De huidige eigenaar is de Ribnitzer Amber Gallery.
