Offset print of work by Marlene DUMAS. It is the official invitation for the opening of the exhibition 'Time and Again' on 28 Sept. 2002 at Gallery Zeno X in Antwerp, where the original painting (oil on canvas) was exhibited (see photo). The opening with a signing session was in the presence of the artist.
Marlene Dumas (Cape Town, August 3, 1953) is a South African-born artist who has lived and worked in Amsterdam since 1976.
The artist was in the news a few weeks ago with an exceptional premiere: she became the first female contemporary artist to exhibit her work 'Liaisons' (nine monumental portraits) at the Louvre in Paris.
The print is in excellent condition and signed and dated on the front.
