Original Jewish Haggadah published in Frankfurt during the Weimar Republic.

The volume contains the Hebrew Passover text with German commentary, prepared by Dr. M. Lehmann and based on earlier manuscripts and printed sources.

Includes several black-and-white reproductions of medieval Haggadah manuscripts, documenting Spanish and German traditions.

This copy was a real, working liturgical book, used during Passover. The visible wear reflects long-term ritual use rather than later decorative collecting. An honest survivor of Jewish religious life in interwar Germany.
