Unieke vondst van het befaamde sieraden atelier Speidel in Pforzheim -Duitsland.
Prachtig goud gevuld collier (Doublé) met een tussenstuk met 2 geslepen "Gablonz" lila glassteentje en  glanzende goudkleurige fantasieschakels, bevestigd aan een mooie (Vermeil) ketting.
Mooi vakwerk van één van hun creatieve goud-edelsmeden, gemaakt Ca. 1910-20, regio Pforzheim, Duitsland.
Lengte collier 42,5 cm L.
Tussenhanger afmeting : 6,5 cm Br x 1 cm L.
Gewicht : 3,37 gram.
Keurmerk op laaste schakel voor sluiting: Doublé en keur van Speidel.
 
Het atelier van Friedrich Speidel werd opgericht in 1868. 
In 1895 droeg hij het bedrijf over aan zijn zonen Friedrich jr. en Eugen, die in 1896 een grote nieuwe fabriek in Pforzheim bouwden.
Hun atelier, onder leiding van hun moeder, "Frau Speidel" werd in de jaren twintig beschouwd als de grootste juwelenfabriek in Pforzheim.
Vanaf 1890 specialiseerde men zich in een nieuwe methode voor het vervaardigen van sieraden met "gerold" of gewalst goud (Doublé) en werd mede daarom de naam internationaal gevestigd.
Op een dubbele geperste metalen plaat (Alpaca) werd eerst een dun laagje zilver gegoten, daarna rolden of printte ze er 2 x een dun laagje goud op, de platen werden daarna naar de ateliers getransporteerd voor het maken en fabriceren van sieraden, ze werden zorgvuldig gepolijst met een garantie voor het behoud van een levenslange goudglans (vermeil), getuige ook dit collier!
