Soul of Chogokin (超合金魂, Chōgōkin Damashii), or 'Super Alloy Soul,' is a line of collectible toys produced by the Japanese company Bandai. The term 'Chogokin' was initially used in 1972 by Gō Nagai in his works to refer to the imaginary metal from which the robot Mazinga Z would be made, and it was later adopted a few months afterward by Popy (a company owned by Bandai) to denote a line of toys containing metal parts, with the first product being a reproduction of Mazinga Z.
