The first release in Johnnie Walker's Ghost & Rare series, for which master blender Jim Beverage combined the exciting whiskies found in the esteemed Blue Label with seldom-seen stocks of whiskies from closed distilleries. For the inaugural expression, Beverage created a blend with a helping of single malt from the legendary Brora distillery at its core.

Tasting Note ;

Nose ; Earthy oak and petrichor, tempered by layers of thyme honey and maple syrup.
Palate ; Rich walnut and hazelnut notes begin to take shape on the palate, joined by whiffs of peat smoke and roasted orchard fruit.
Finish ; Vanilla pod and brown sugar, with just a hint of salted caramel appearing right at the end.
