Format: 3-LP Box Set (Lift-top box)
Release Year: 1970
Country: US

2. Description
This is the legendary triple album from George Harrison, his first major solo statement following the breakup of The Beatles. Produced by Phil Spector, this masterpiece features a star-studded lineup including Eric Clapton, Ringo Starr, Billy Preston, and Dave Mason. It remains one of the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful solo albums by any ex-Beatle. The set includes two LPs of original songs and a third disc titled "Apple Jam," featuring informal studio jams.
3. Condition
Box Condition: Sealed / New. The box itself is well-preserved under the original shrink wrap.
Shrink Wrap: Original factory shrink is intact. There are visible tear of the original shrink on spine.
Note: Since the item is factory sealed, the records and the large full-color poster inside are assumed to be in Mint, unplayed condition.
4. Notes for Collectors
AUTHENTIC 1970 FIRST PRESSING. This is not a reissue. It features the original purple-bordered "Apple Jam" hype sticker on the front. Finding a factory-sealed original of this 3-LP box is exceptionally rare, as most were opened to access the massive poster or play the records. The presence of the vintage "Our Price $10.97" sticker adds a great layer of provenance and "time capsule" appeal. This is a definitive centerpiece for any Beatles or George Harrison collection.
5. Matrix / Labels
Labels: Original Apple Records labels (assumed, as it is sealed).
Matrix: Since the box is factory sealed, specific matrix numbers cannot be verified, but as an original STCH 639, it should contain the authentic 1970 Bell Sound / Capitol pressings.
