A Yamaha U1H upright piano with serial number 1516723, built in 1973. This model is among the most produced pianos in Yamaha's history and was manufactured between 1972 and 1980. The U1H is known for its stable construction, durable materials, and consistent playing quality.
This piano has been professionally fully refurbished by Bol Piano’s and is in very good to excellent technical and visual condition.
The piano has been thoroughly overhauled, with both the mechanical components and the exterior attended to. The restoration was carried out to optimize the instrument technically and to significantly extend its lifespan.
Performed work
• Cabinetry resprayed in polyester high-gloss lacquer
• Completely replaced test content
Zangbodem re-varnished
• Mechanism fully refurbished
• Strings and hammer heads repaired or, if necessary, replaced
• All the feltwork and the bearings in the mechanism have been renewed.
• Polished brass parts
The instrument has been readjusted after this revision and is ready to play.
