Heike Kati Barath (1966) is a German painter.
She studied from 1990 to 1991 at the Koninklijke Academie voor Schone Kunsten in Ghent and afterwards until 1998 at the Kunstakademie Münster with Rainer Barzen, Ingrid Roscheck as well as Ulrich Erben. Between 2008 and 2012 she held a teaching appointment at the Kunstakademie in Münster. From 2012 to 2013 she taught at the Hochschule für Künste in Bremen. Katie lives and works in Berlin.
