Tall West German pottery vase featuring a warm brown glaze and an all-over relief decoration composed of geometric and circular motifs. The vase has a strong vertical presence with a rhythmic, sculptural surface typical of classic West German pottery from the mid-20th century.
The base is clearly marked “286/30 – W. Germany”, indicating model number and height (30 cm), consistent with production from the 1960s–1970s, when West German ceramics were known for bold forms, textured surfaces, and expressive glazes.
A striking decorative piece that works equally well as a standalone object or as part of a curated mid-century ceramics collection.
