You are bidding on a copy of the first complete collective edition of Aristotle's works in Greek-Latin (1619), published by the Royal Printing Office in Paris under the direction of the humanist Guillaume Du Val (1572-1646).
This copy combines a major scholarly edition and the period's learned manuscript annotations, but it has substantial documented defects affecting the preliminary pages.
