in collaboration with New Zealand artist Bonnie Brown, The Macallan A Night on Earth, The First Light pays tribute to New Zealand's unique landscapes and its position as one of the first places in the world to greet the New Year's Day sunrise. This special whisky, warm with fruity notes of berry compote, vanilla, sweet oak and caramelised marshmallows, brings Bonnie's cherished memories of sunlit moments and family gatherings to life through her distinctive artistry.

The Macallan A Night on Earth, The First Light is a limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky matured in a combination of the finest sherry seasoned American and European oak casks, and casks that previously held Bourbon. It draws inspiration from the arrival of the inaugural sunrise peeking over the horizon, in one of the first places in the world to welcome the New Year.

Nose : Toasted sweet oak with caramelised marshmallows, icing sugar, rich vanilla extract and berry compote.
Taste : Rich caramel with mellow baking spices, vanilla ice cream, pavlova, icing sugar, stone fruits, and hints of coconut and manuka honey,
Finish : Sweet and fruity with mellow spice and toasted oak.
