These are a matching pair of English jasperware vases, Adam Tunstall made in England, as shown by the impressed base mark.
Style - Neoclassical Jasperware
Deep matte cobalt / Portland blue body
Applied white classical reliefs (figures in flowing robes, trees, grapevines)
Decorative borders inspired by ancient Greek and Roman art
Unglazed, stone-like finish (not shiny porcelain).
This is a matching pair of blue jasperware vases produced by Adam Tunstall Ltd., England, with the impressed initials “J.C.” (referring to a factory designer or model mark).
They are made in the Neoclassical style, inspired by 18th-century Wedgwood jasperware, featuring a deep matte blue ground with applied white classical reliefs depicting draped figures, trees, and grapevine borders.
