Call bell - Italy

Elegant cast-brass desk bell, with a pair of opposing bells and a central lever mechanism.
The structure is richly decorated with floral motifs and scrolls, characteristic of the Liberty style / Art Nouveau.
An object typically used from the late 19th century to the early 20th century in hotels, restaurants, reception areas, or large bourgeois houses.
The bell is complete with internal clappers and shows an original patina consistent with its age. Normal signs of wear and use, which confirm its authenticity.
Not restored.
The third bell is missing.
