Beatles - HELP! - Vinyl record - 1st Mono pressing - 1965

The Beatles – Help! UK Original First Pressing Mono – August 1965 Parlophone PMC 1255 Important details regarding rarity: • Genuine first pressing from the year of release, 1965 (Released: August 6, 1965) • Matrix/Runout (stamped in the deadwax): XEX 549-2 / XEX 550-2 – classic for the very first mono pressing • Rare MT Tax Code (Purchase Tax Code) – embossed on the label (usually Side 2)! This is a known variant/error pressing (MT code was actually discontinued in 1963, with KT becoming standard – MT appears on very early copies of Help! and is sought after by collectors as an “error variation” or “early transitional pressing.” See Discogs listings and auctions, where such MT copies fetch higher prices!) Condition: • Sleeve G+ aged and worn but looks nice for a original sleeve • Vinyl VG+ (labels are Low but vinyl plays VG+) • Black label with yellow Parlophone logo, “Sold in U.K.” text, “The Gramophone Co. Ltd.” on the edge. • Mono mix – the authentic, punchy sound of the 60s! • Not a reissue, not a bootleg – 100% original UK vinyl from 1965. • Weight approx. 140–150g (typical for early EMI pressings). Perfect for collectors looking for a genuine UK First Mono with a rare MT variant – not the standard KT pressing! Photos show the label (MT code visible), matrix, cover from all sides, and close-up of the vinyl. Note: I am offering one Beatles vinyl record. The record has superficial scratches. The condition is assessed solely based on visual inspection. Please examine the photos and matrix numbers carefully. Thank you.
