Cruydt-Boeck by Rembertus Dodonaeus is a two-part Geïllustreerde druk in Dutch (original language), published in Leiden by Françoys van Ravelingen in 1608, bound in hard cover with about 38 × 24 cm dimensions, roughly 1580 pages and circa 1475 engravings, described as Redelijk with interior discoloration and wormholes.

Fair. Interior discolored; a small bite taken out, a crack, about 1–2 cm, in the margin of around fifty pages.
Part 1: New flyleaves. Edges of the half-title restored, the title page restored and reinforced on the verso. Edges of the following leaves restored/torn.
Inner pages discolored, moisture spots on all pages: mainly a moisture streak along the top margin and moisture spots along the bottom margin; on the first pages up to 250 also bleeding into the text and the side margin (see the many photos). Wormhole (a few mm) at the bottom of the text from page 690 to the end, as well as worm-eaten streaks at the top of the text between pages 783 and 804.
2: The original half-title is missing / photocopy bound. Hole in the lower margin of 8 pages. A wormhole (a few mm) at the bottom of the text (or in the engraving) from the beginning through page 981; from page 983 two wormholes to the end - between 1258 and 1329 the lower wormhole becomes a thick worm-streak of about 1 cm; from pages 1461 through 1488 a worm-streak between the two wormholes; worm-streak, 1.5 cm, in the last 10 binding leaves. Edges of 11 binding leaves restored, edges of 12 binding leaves frayed. Moisture stain on the lower half of all pages.
