Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
A unisex vintage brutalist silver ring, weighing about 21.5 g and size EU 53 (US 6 1/4), marked 925 and bearing a handwritten signature by an unidentified maker, in excellent condition with minimal wear.
Description from the seller
Brutalist silver ring from the 1970s.
The ring has a pronounced sculptural form with a large, jagged top. The design evokes a rough crater structure, with openings, relief and dark recessed parts that contrast with the polished silver edges.
The top is extensively worked and measures about 2.6 cm wide. The highest part is about 1.2 cm thick. The ring is notably sturdy and weighs 21.5 grams. That weight fits well with the pronounced brutalist form: large, sculptural and clearly present, without the ring becoming impractical.
Despite the sturdy construction, the ring has a good fit, as the ring band follows the shape of the finger. The outer side of the ring band is more rectangular in shape, while the inner side is finished round. At the bottom, the ring band measures about 6 mm in width. Because of the jagged structure, the width varies slightly at each point.
The ring is stamped on the inside with 925 and provided with a written signature. Despite the signature, the maker could not be identified with certainty.
