Antique fall-front secretaire on elegant turned legs dating to ca. 1870–1900, made of wood (cherry wood) from the Netherlands (northern Germany region), in neo‑rococo style, 204 cm high, 104 cm wide, 55 cm deep, with lockable doors and a composition of pigeonholes behind the fall-front and three drawers at the bottom.

Secretary with a fall-front, topped by a curved pediment crowned with a pierced crest, and a number of compartments and drawers behind the writing panel, plus 3 drawers at the bottom.
The cabinet can be locked, and the locks feature real-leg escutcheon plates.
The cabinet rests on beautiful, graceful, turned legs.
The cabinet dates from the late 19th century (circa 1870–1900) and falls under neo-Rococo / historicizing styles. Characteristics from this period include the beautiful honey-brown color, the exuberantly carved crest on top, the curved lines, the twisted knobs, and the graceful details.
