None of which ever printed before. Vol. II. By the right reverend father in GOD, John, late Lord Bishop of Ely. Published from the original MSS. by S. Clarke, D.D. London: Printed for J. Pemberton, at the golden buck against St. dunstan's church in fleetstreet - 1716. Pagination: 6+2+2+8+376+4pp.
Rare book bound in full calf leather. (Professionally) rebacked spine, with old spine preserved. Five raised bands to spine, part of original upper spine lost. Blind tooling to boards. Gilt decorations to board edges. Restored corners, some rubbing to boards and minor defects. Pastedowns loose from boards. Pencil and ink inscriptions to ffe's. Frontispiece. Some occasional soiling/staining to pages, but in general clean contents (and beautiful hand-layed paper). Hard to find book.
