Centrepiece - Silverplated

Beautiful żarnica dating probably to the years (c. 1900 - 1920). The frame (basket) is made of non-noble metal coated with a layer of silver. Constructed on a low base, which gives it stability. Inside there is the original removable insert of thick crystal glass. The piece has two massive handles. A luxurious fruit or dessert centerpiece.
