Period calfskin binding (19x12 cm, worn; especially on the spine), signature on the title pages, each volume signed by the translator ('Terrier J. Gerard'), interiors in very good condition.

Maximilien Stoll (1742-1783), holder of the Chair of Clinical Medicine at the Faculty of Vienna, was a highly renowned physician.
