Decorative ornament - Netherlands - Delft blue and standard

Delft blue plate c. 1740–1775. Probably produced in Delft (unmarked for a specific factory, which is normal for this type).
Decor: center: floral vase with a fan bouquet (classic “Delft flowers vase” motif).
Border: large stylized flowers with quill and scrollwork.
Hand-painted, no transfer print.
Back: an old brush mark — painter's or workshop mark. Unglazed foot-ring with sand traces (firing).
Condition: some edge chips — common for the 18th century.
The plate is noticeably light in weight, characteristic of 18th-century earthenware.
