Een fraaie glazen suikerpot met rijk geometrisch gegraveerd motief, voorzien van een massief zilveren montuur (.833 zilvergehalte). Dit elegante object, vervaardigd omstreeks 1880, weerspiegelt de verfijnde smaak en het vakmanschap van de late 19e eeuw, waarin glasgravure en zilverwerk op hoog niveau werden gecombineerd.

Periode: circa 1880
Materiaal: helder gegraveerd glas met massief .833 zilveren montuur
Decoratie: fijn geometrisch lijnenspel, zorgvuldig met de hand gegraveerd
Stijl: typisch voor de late 19e eeuw – elegant, symmetrisch en ambachtelijk uitgevoerd
Gebruik: oorspronkelijk als suikerpot, thans ook een decoratief verzamelobject
