Omega Speedmaster Automatic Chronograph 275.0042 mother-of-pearl dial with diamonds in the bezel and automatic mechanical movement. Serviced October 2025. Very rare reference.

Stainless steel case of about 39 mm excluding the crown (about 44.5 mm lug-to-lug), original snap-on case back, Omega Speedmaster.

Original Omega crown and original Omega clasp. Complete with original Omega box.

Original Omega leather strap in good condition, total length including the watch about 16.5 cm, adjustable (about 12 cm excluding the case).
