Description from the seller

Crespina “amatoria” by Montelupo, probably from the second half of the nineteenth century. In the cavetto, on a yellow background, we see the profile bust of a young woman and her initials (B and T). Around it a vegetal decoration with polylobed leaves in yellow and milk-white. Diameter: 23.4 cm; height: 7 cm. Base diameter: 11.5 cm. Attached to the base is still an old cord for hanging it. Chips along the edge and some flaking of the glaze. Provenance: from my collection. The photos attest to the object’s condition. SHIPPING ONLY TO UE.
