Rare built‑in mechanical Mauthe clock from the late 1930s in brass and steel, Art Deco German design with an eight‑day movement and strike on a bell and gong every half hour, measuring 10.5 cm high by 15.5 cm wide by 5.5 cm deep and in excellent working order with its original box.

Description of the Item
For sale an exceptional vintage piece: mechanical built-in alarm clock produced by the historic manufacturer Mauthe (Germany), dating from the late 1930s.
The item is not only a display piece but is fully functional, preserving the charm of the original mechanical ticking from nearly a century ago.
Technical Details and Conditions:
State: Working. The manual-wind mechanical movement responds well; the hands and the alarm mechanism are operational.
Aesthetics: Rectangular Art Deco-style dial with two-tone graphics (cream and dark red) well preserved. Shiny chrome frame and intact glass.
Mechanism: Visible from the side, in original brass with manual adjustments on the back.
Rarity: Sold with its original cardboard box (No. 191 W Wecker), a detail very hard to find that certifies its authenticity and provenance.
