Description
A Chinese porcelain bowl from the Kangxi period (1662–1722), decorated in underglaze cobalt blue. The exterior is painted with two flying phoenixes alternating with two floral decorations, creating a balanced and elegant composition.
The interior is marked with a floral motif in the center. The base bears a mark, likely associated with a provincial kiln. The bowl features a well-formed footrim and a neatly finished rim, both characteristic of quality Kangxi porcelain.
The phoenix motif symbolizes harmony, virtue, and prosperity, making this a highly attractive and meaningful decorative piece.
