Racing tandem Cannondale for competition, MTB, Gravel, road, travel for two.
Wonderful Cannondale RT 3000 tandem, completely restored and never used.
The tandem is a very rare Cannondale model in hydroformed aluminum, hand-made in the USA, with a Tange fork group.
Size 21/19 inches corresponding to 54/48 cm or M/S (adaptable in extension up to sizes 56/50).
The frame is perfect and has no dents. The paint is the original and well preserved, with small signs of use, deliberately not repainted to preserve its originality and history.
It mounts all components from the era, many of which have been replaced with NOS (new old stock) pristine parts.
Detailed assembly:
- Full Shimano Dura Ace 7700 3x9 groupset.
- Sugino Ritchey crankset with 170 mm cranks and a 54-38-32 triple chainring (featherweight).
- Front wheel set with Dura Ace hub and Mavic CXP 30 rim; rear wheel with TNT hub and Rigida 30 rim on the front.
- Vittoria 700x23 tires.
- Shimano SLX V-brakes.
- Ritchey handlebars and seatpost.
- Front and rear extendable stems by Control Tech.
- Sdg S7000 Ti saddle with Kevlar cover.
- Brand-new Shimano Dura Ace SLX cables and housing.
- New Kmc chainset.
- Aluminum bottle cage set with dual extraction, front and side + set of 4 original vintage Cannondale bottles still in their wrappers.
