This Montblanc Bohème Silver-Tone, equipped with an 18K gold retractable nib, is in very good overall condition, retaining all the presence and sophistication that characterize this metal model from the German maison.

The body and cap feature a polished metallic finish with mirror-like shine, showing only micro signs of surface wear, typical of the material and almost inevitable with this type of finish, but with no dents, dings, or deep scratches. The edges and design lines remain sharp and well defined.

The clip, with its serial number engraved, preserves its original alignment and firmness, with no play. The Montblanc emblem on the top of the cap is perfectly inset, clean and without wear.

The retractable nib mechanism operates smoothly and precisely, extending and retracting without resistance. The 18 ct gold nib (750) looks excellent, with no deformities or impact marks, and the feed delivers a proper ink flow during writing tests.

The black resin section is well preserved, with no cracks or discoloration. The cap and mechanism threads show a solid, secure closure, a reflection of careful use.

Overall, this is an elegant, functional piece with a level of conservation far superior to what is usually seen in this model, ready to be enjoyed or added to a discerning collection.
