Faïencerie de Thulin – Art Deco Vase – Model 47 – Made in Belgium – Circa 1930–1945

A refined Belgian Art Deco vase produced by Faïencerie de Thulin, marked “Made in Belgium” and impressed with model number 47.

This elegant twin-handled vase is executed in high-fired Belgian art pottery and features a beautiful flowing glaze in deep cobalt blue and warm earthy brown tones. The glaze descends organically from the neck over the rounded body, creating a dynamic flame-like effect typical of Thulin production during the interwar period.

The sculptural form is particularly balanced and decorative:
Flared, softly undulating rim
Slender cylindrical neck
Rounded body
Two symmetrical loop handles rising from the shoulders
The interior is fully glazed in deep blue, demonstrating quality finishing and craftsmanship.

Attributed to : Produced by Faïencerie de Thulin (Belgium), an important Belgian ceramic manufactory active since the 19th century and particularly known for its Art Deco and interwar art pottery.
