History: The meteorite was found in 2025 during a search in Algeria. It was first purchased by Mahfud Argaibi and later acquired by Mohamed Ali Loud.

Physical characteristics: Dark brownish rock with some fusion crust.

Petrography: The meteorite shows a grayish interior and is composed of separated and well-defined chondrules (apparent mean diameter about 900 µm) plus few CAIs set in a fine-grained matrix dominated by ferroan Ni-bearing olivine. Less abundant are low-Ca pyroxene, Ca-pyroxene, and intermediate plagioclase. Opaque phases include pentlandite, FeS, and abundant Cr-rich magnetite. No metal detected. Contains up to 1.3 cm sized black inclusions.
