Decorative ornament - Asia - Hand-Woven basket

Hand-woven wicker storage basket with fitted lid and metal latch closure. The basket is made in a tight traditional weave and has a rounded, slightly tapered shape. The surface shows a natural brown colour consistent with aged wicker and rattan.

The basket is solid and functional, suitable for storage purposes or as a decorative interior object. The metal latch is original and functional.
