Cette corbeille / plateau de service octogonal est attribuable à la maison Ravinet-Enfert, reconnue pour ses créations mêlant élégance Art déco et qualité d’orfèvrerie.

Elle se distingue par :

une forme octogonale structurée, typique des productions des années 1930–1950,

un bassin en métal argenté à la finition miroir, aux lignes sobres et parfaitement équilibrées,

un large marli souligné de fins filets, apportant relief et raffinement,

deux poignées latérales en bois sombre, très probablement en bois de Macassar, reconnaissable à son veinage contrasté et profond, taillées en demi-lune avec décor géométrique discret.


Exceptionnelle Coupe-Plat Art Déco – Ravinet d'Enfert. Entreprise fondée en 1845 par E. Tonnelier, acquise en 1882 par Louis Ravinet. En 1891, Charles d'Enfert s'associe à Louis Ravinet.

• Hauteur sur piédouche : 6.5 cm

Bon état général, présentant une patine d’usage conforme à son âge. Légers défauts visibles, se référer aux photographies. Poinçons présents, dont le trèfle de la maison.
