*** The coat is in excellent condition. Almost new.
*** Boecker Astrakhan coats are luxurious pieces made from Karakul lamb fur, renowned for their curly texture, distinctive shine and timeless elegance. Although the German brand Boecker (formerly known as a prestigious fashion chain) no longer produces new collections under this name, their pieces remain highly sought after on the vintage market.
*** Astrakhan fur (also known as Persian Lamb or Karakul) comes from the Karakul sheep of Central Asia.
*** Texture: Distinguished by tight, shiny curls and a rippling texture.
*** Color: Although most often a deep black, natural variations include shades of gray, brown, or silver.
*** Boecker clothes were created with great attention to detail, being considered high-quality items for the middle and upper classes in 20th-century Germany.
*** Any color distortion is due to the camera.
