Vase - Glass - Drop Vase

Sommerso multicolour glass vase, likely Murano (Italy), 1950s-1960s.
Elegant oval free-form shape typical of mid-century Italian design: swollen body with fluid curves, executed in sommerso technique with layered deep red, amber/orange and warm yellow glass creating wave-like internal swirls and characteristic air bubbles from handmade blowing.
Vibrant translucent optical effect with intense, harmonious colours enhanced by the outer clear glass layer.
« Made in Italy » label present. Unsigned pontil.
Excellent overall condition: no cracks, major chips or breaks; one very light scratch on a curved area, barely visible and without noticeable aesthetic impact.
Dimensions: height 21 cm – maximum width 13 cm – depth 8 cm.
Weight: approximately 2400 g (heavy and substantial piece).
