In a luxurious publisher's calico binding with gold stamping and relief embossing over the entire surface of the binding. Triple marbled edge. The block is clean. The edition is in excellent condition. This book includes the great critic's works that most vividly define his literary and social views, all his articles devoted to the evaluation of writers, as well as articles on art and literature, which never lose their burning interest. Numerous portraits of Belinsky himself, his family, literary friends, and enemies are included in the biography.
