Decorative and functional piece in amber-tinted glass, vintage Belgian production, ideal for collectors of Belgian colored glass or for refined presentation of pastries/fruits.
Provenance: private Belgian collection.

2.
Compote dish or footed coupe in molded and cut olive green glass, probably Scailmont (Belgium), unsigned at the pontil, typical production of the 1930s-1950s. Oval shape on a central tapered foot, upper plateau with applied black edge, radiating decorative relief molded with grooves or stylized petals (classic sun or fan motif), base of the foot also ribbed for a prismatic effect. Uniform deep green tinted glass, typical of Belgian utilitarian and decorative productions between the wars and post-war, fine molding quality with preserved brilliance.
Dimensions: maximum diameter 33 cm, overall height 11 cm.
Weight: 1700 g.
Condition: good overall condition; glass intact with no major crack or chip; some normal signs of age wear (light superficial scratches on the bottom of the plateau or on the foot, minimal rubbing marks on the black edge, no visible chips on reliefs or the applied edge); vivid green color and well-preserved transparency, no notable yellowing or alteration.
Provenance: private Belgian collection.
